As Rolls Royce Solutions Turkey, one of the main brands of Rolls Royce Power Systems, we are looking for a Service & Application Technician to be employed in the Service & Application department within our company, where international production activities are carried out.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational High School or Vocational School graduate (Electricity, Electronics, Marine electronics)

• Able to read electronic circuit diagrams, electrical control plans and technical drawings, with PLC knowledge

• Knowledgeable about the working principles of diesel and gas engines managed by electronic systems

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Proficient in the working principles of diesel and gas engines

• Knowledgeable about the use of measuring instruments, measurement and measurement systems

• Acquired a working discipline with repair forms, manuals, instructions

• Able to make cable and electronic card connections

• Able to work as field service / application personnel

• Able to adapt to an intense work pace

• Possess technical analysis and reporting skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• High reporting capability

• Able to reside in Ankara if necessary

• No travel restrictions domestic and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Commissioning of electronic systems of marine, generator, industrial diesel engines, correcting and reporting encountered problems according to MTU regulations

• Troubleshooting and reporting electronic systems of marine, generator, industrial diesel engines

• Providing technical support during the commissioning phases of marine, generator, industrial diesel engines

• Maintenance and reporting of marine, generator, industrial diesel engines

• On-site suitability control and reporting of engines and equipment to be applied during the initial delivery stage

• Documentation, necessary special tools, etc. pre-preparations and complete dispatch to the work area before operation of the systems to be applied

• Performing assigned technical pre-visits within the scope determined in the contracts, controlling and reporting the compliance of the operation performed up to that stage with the project scope

• Performing and reporting customer and user tests of applied engines in line with MTU regulations

• Providing technical support as per customer request in completed applications

• Following and implementing MTU updated information documents and reporting them
