Accelerate MBA Internship

Duration: 10 weeks

Starting salary: £31,000 (pro rata) + £500 joining bonus to support with moving and hybrid working

Location: Derby, London, Bristol

At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our MBA internship is designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our operation, from HR to IT, strategy to innovation, customer management to procurement and more. And on a 10-week internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand. With the chance to put all your learnt potential to work.

What you’ll be doing:

You could be placed in any function across the business, giving you the chance to work on exciting initiatives that keep Rolls-Royce at the forefront of our industry.

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are. It’s the perfect way to start to realise the hard work you’ve put into your MBA.

This is a great opportunity but it’s up to you to make the most of it. The experience will help you build the skills and confidence to apply for future roles at Rolls-Royce.

Who we’re looking for:

• A current full time MBA university student

• You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving and who recognises the power of teamwork

• A willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations: in most cases, you’ll be able to achieve the scheme requirements in the location you are recruited to, however, we may need you to be flexible and travel between sites during your internship.

We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

• 33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays (pro rata)

• Access to an independent, 24-hour, confidential counselling service

• Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed

• A culture that invests in your personal and professional development

• The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
