Position Overview

Veridos America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support the delivery and ongoing operations of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Driver’s License and Identification Card System. This is a hands-on delivery and account support role that works directly alongside the Senior Program Manager and key customer stakeholders. This is not an administrative support position and supports remote work with travel to the Ohio BMV sites periodically.

The Ohio BMV program supports the implementation of software systems at the ID card personalization plant in Bolingbrook, Illinois, as well as the hardware and software infrastructure across 178 Deputy Registrar sites serving all 88 counties in Ohio. You will play a key role in project planning, stakeholder coordination, operational support, customer communications, and account management activities throughout the implementation and operational lifecycle.

As the Ohio BMV implementation transitions into steady-state operations, this role will gradually expand to support additional Veridos customer programs and accounts. The successful candidate will gain exposure to multiple government technology programs, customer environments, and operational models across the Veridos portfolio, providing a clear path for professional growth and advancement within the Professional Services organization.
