Ground Test Assistant A320 Tlse (H/F)

Job Description:

• Assists Test Engineers in conducting tests, particularly concerning safety aspects (securing zones).

• Installs and removes test tools.

• Responsible for the integrity of the tool park (drafting tool notices U5/O5 etc.).

• Responsible for initiating curative maintenance of workstation tools (TPM).

• Actively participates in respecting deadlines and costs (PCMU, CVAT, PPC reduction etc.).

• Supports Test Engineers in troubleshooting (reading plans, manual sounding).

• Performs zone openings for troubleshooting under EAP validation.

• Carries out repairs after troubleshooting:

  • Torquing of connectors, contactors.
  • Braking of connectors.
  • Removal and reinstallation of computers, etc.

• Is the Test interlocutor for EAP level 1.

• Is an actor in AOS.

• Is a driver for proposing improvements related to the position / activity.

• Actively participates in workstation life (molding/demolding, 5S, PPS, continuous improvement etc.).

• Is an actor in their personal training plan (training attendance, Ethic & compliance etc.).

• Ensures presence at SQCDP / ROP and other operational reviews.

• Applies processes related to FOD, SAFETY rules (1/4h safety, wearing PPE, TMIP emergence etc.).
