Mid-Level, Senior
The Commercial Strategy & Product Operations Manager sits at the critical intersection of Commercial Strategy, Product Operations, and Regional/Local Market Teams across our multi-market ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-line commercial growth, optimizing performance frameworks, and managing key cross-functional stakeholders. While you will not be directly writing PRDs or managing technical engineering sprint backlogs daily, you will act as the crucial bridge between business needs and product capabilities. You will translate local commercial requirements into product roadmap priorities, lead the commercial go-to-market (GTM) execution of product features, and ensure commercial initiatives are fully optimized across all operating markets.
Main Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Commercial Strategy, Program/Project Management, or Strategy Consulting within a tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
Commercial & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial levers, marketplace unit economics, promotional dynamics, and top-line growth drivers.
Stakeholder Management in Matrix Environments: Proven track record of leading and influencing without direct authority across multi-market, cross-functional, and senior leadership stakeholder layers.
Light Product Acumen: Experience working alongside Product & Tech teams—ability to understand feature capabilities, articulate user stories/business requirements, and lead feature rollout GtM strategy without needing to be a dedicated technical PM.
Data-Driven & Analytical Rigor: Comfortable leveraging data diagnostics, building reporting wireframes/dashboards, and designing tests (A/B testing or pilots) to diagnose bottlenecks and validate commercial levers.
Execution & PMO Discipline: Highly organized self-starter capable of managing parallel timelines, managing risk escalations, and standardizing operational playbooks across international markets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to easily translate complex operational/technical topics into clear commercial narratives for leadership.
