About Hypothesis

Hypothesis is part of the Elixirr Group, a leading insights, strategy, and innovation consultancy.

At Hypothesis, we blend insights, design, and strategy to help important brands do amazing things. We work with the world’s most dynamic, admired, and disruptive companies to answer their high-stakes questions that shape the future. We are a nimble, forward-leaning, agency with a culture that empowers amazing people to do their best work.

We are a collection of researchers, strategists, designers, and marketers who are also musicians, travelers, astrophysicists, rock climbers, and gamers—with two big things in common: we love a good challenge, and we believe our ideas get better when we work together.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-impact research that helps some of the world’s most exciting brands make smarter decisions and build what’s next. You’ll take ownership of quantitative and qualitative engagements from kickoff through final delivery—contributing to the research approach, guiding execution, uncovering the story behind the data, and helping to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

You’ll draw on your experience across a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, while working across a diverse range of industries and business challenges. Along the way, you’ll manage and develop 1–2 team members, helping them strengthen their skills, grow their confidence, and produce the outstanding work we are known for. Your impact will extend beyond individual projects: you’ll deepen client relationships, elevate the quality of our work, strengthen our team, and contribute to the continued growth of Hypothesis.
