Specifically, the OUTSCALE.Platform organization is responsible for defining and providing the common fundamentals for all DASSAULT SYSTEMES Cloud services, namely: a standardized architecture, integrated cybersecurity controls, automated monitoring and operations. For our internal customers, building Cloud Services on OUTSCALE.Platform automatically guarantees the adoption of these pillars, and allows solutions to be deployed worldwide, on all supported IaaS providers, without required adaptation.
Within OUTSCALE.Platform, you will join the Service Controller team, responsible for scheduling the deployment of Dassault Systèmes' online (Cloud) services. Your mission will be to take on the role of Site Reliability Engineering for the Service Controller team. In a hybrid ecosystem combining AWS, OpenStack and Kubernetes, you will act as the expert capable of understanding the invisible and transforming every weak signal into concrete reliability improvements.
You will work closely with development teams, Ops teams and cybersecurity teams.
Position based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78), to be filled on a permanent contract.
Your missions:

Level 3 Diagnostics: Act as an expert during complex incidents. You know how to correlate network metrics, API logs and orchestrator behaviors to identify the root cause.

Proactive Performance Analysis: Conduct regular audits of system health. You track performance drifts, resource leaks or abnormal latencies before they trigger an alert.

Proactive Error Analysis: Track failure patterns and lead post-mortems to improve overall reliability.

Mastery of Observability: Design advanced control dashboards. Your goal is to make the orchestrator's behavior "transparent" for the rest of the team.

Risk Management (Capacity Planning): Anticipate scaling needs by analyzing service usage trends on the cloud.

Standardization of Operations: Write "Runbooks" (emergency procedures) and document failure modes so that the team can react more quickly.
Your qualifications:
Higher education (Bac+5) of Engineer or university type, you have significant experience in production run on critical environments, as well as solid experience in Cloud architecture and infrastructure.
You master Kubernetes and Helm deployments as well as AWS and Openstack IaaS APIs.
You have good technical knowledge of JAVA architectures (application servers, databases), allowing you to perform performance analysis and diagnose complex failures.
Your level of English is good both written and oral.
