STAGE - Data Analyst – Digitalisation License Compliance (F/H)

Dassault Systèmes has implemented an intellectual property protection program for its solutions, and an organization (License Compliance LC) whose objective is to identify and combat the illegal use of its solution portfolio and non-compliance with contractual conditions.

The License Compliance Operations team is responsible for supporting and managing all global strategies, processes, tools, and operations necessary for the success of this program. By joining the License Compliance Volume Piracy Program team, you will contribute to supporting strategies to combat the fraudulent use of DASSAULT SYSTEMES solutions.

Your Missions

You will participate in the digitalization of License Compliance activity:

Defining needs, developing dashboards on DASSAULT SYSTEMES' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with the aim of evaluating License Compliance activity across all implemented strategies and thus:

• Providing visibility on the regularization of illegal situations

• Delivering a set of associated performance indicators to improve daily operational activity monitoring

• Delivering indicators to managers in different geographies to support them in their decisions on the orientation and evolution of activity over 1, 3, 6 years

• Collecting needs submitted by collaborators

• Proposing innovative ideas for the development of intuitive interfaces

These missions will allow you to evolve in an international context, discovering the challenges of the License Compliance organization within Dassault Systèmes, but also the various associated activities (technological, sales, etc.) and finally, it will allow you to benefit from Dassault Systèmes' innovative technologies.

Your Qualifications

Student preparing for a Bac+5 degree in IT or development, with a specialization in sales, project management, finance

Required technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel,

• Experience and/or strong interest in data analysis,

• Experience and/or strong interest in describing user needs

• Interest in sales management, processes, and systems,

• Very good level of English.

• Javascript and Python would be a plus

Required professional qualities:

• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and contribute to teamwork,

• Rigor and taste for the quality of deliverables,

• Autonomy in carrying out requested tasks and meeting deadlines,

• Creativity and proactive suggestion.
