LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for the Energy & Utilities sector? Do you enjoy analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating business challenges into practical solutions?

At Capco, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Retail Energy expertise to strengthen our consulting team in Belgium.

If you combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in Retail Energy, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive mindset, we would love to meet you.

LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS

As a Business Analyst within our Energy & Utilities practice, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Process Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and contribute to designing improved future-state processes.

• Functional Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases and user stories.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions to ensure alignment between business teams, IT teams and project stakeholders.

• Solution Design & Validation: Support the implementation and validation of business solutions, ensuring that functional requirements are correctly understood and delivered.

• Consulting & Project Delivery: Prepare analyses, presentations, reports and recommendations while contributing to project planning, delivery and continuous improvement.

Depending on the project, you may be involved in transformation initiatives covering different aspects of the Retail Energy value chain, including customer management, billing, sales processes and market communication.
