As a Sales Advisor (H&M Apparel Sales Staff), you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience to contribute to the store's sales and profits. As a Sales Advisor, you will always put the customer first, provide support, and share product and fashion knowledge. You will create an environment where customers can easily shop through store operations and garment care.

You will also share your knowledge and skills with team members, help each other when needed, and build a positive work environment.

Main Tasks

• Provide excellent customer experience.

• Display and replenish garments (products), organize the floor, and set up displays.

• Actively process, replenish, and manage inventory on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

• Unpack products, attach security tags, and label them.

• Support customer purchases and returns at the cash register, and handle all in-store operations.

• No experience required, must love H&M and fashion.

• Able to approach customer service proactively and kindly, and be a team player.

• Students (high school graduates or above) and freelancers who want to work towards full-time employment.

Employment contract period: Fixed-term labor contract (part-time)

Probationary period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during the probationary period are the same as for regular employment)

Place of employment: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Aeon Mall Okayama), or other stores as indicated.

(Scope of change) Sales and company-specified duties at the head office.

Working hours: Shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break) From 2 days a week, from 4 hours a day OK.

Details of overtime work: Prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime to ensure work-life balance.

Hourly wage: 1104 yen~
