About the team

As an Intern, you will join the Brand Retail Premium Channels team of Philip Morris’ Swiss affiliate. The team manages Boutiques and Mall Islands as premium experiential environments that enhance consumer experiences and drive quality conversion.

Working with boutique teams, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, you will support activations, local partnerships and traffic-generation initiatives. A key focus will be the Business Referral project, connecting boutiques with nearby local businesses.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related field

• Available from February 2027 to August 2027

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders

• Proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage

• Willing to travel within Switzerland

Roles & Objectives

You will support Brand Retail activations and the Business Referral pilot, helping increase boutique traffic and enhance consumer experiences. As an Intern, you will:

• Support the planning and execution of activations

• Coordinate activities related to the Business Referral pilot

• Help optimize partner, consumer and boutique journeys

• Maintain project plans, timelines and documentation

• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and approvals

• Liaise with agencies and suppliers

• Monitor performance and prepare reports

• Gather feedback and support continuous improvement

• Conduct benchmarking and identify best practices

• Visit Brand Retail locations and support activations when needed
