Business Analyst - Payments / PSP Integrations (all genders)

• Own the requirement phase for new PSP and payment method integrations by driving topics from initial tenant request to clear, testable specifications

• Write and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira (NCO) and Confluence, proactively accounting for edge cases such as failed captures, delayed webhooks, mixed baskets, and partial shipments

• Model payment state machines and status mappings between PSPs and SCAYLE (e.g., pending vs. paid, instant capture vs. capture on shipment) to establish and document clear system rules

• Analyse regulatory and scheme requirements (PSD2/SCA, 3DS2, PCI DSS scope, tokenization/stored cards) and translate them into actionable product requirements

• Partner closely with engineering throughout implementation to clarify requirements, review test cases, debug via API docs and logs, and validate that live delivery matches specifications

• Serve as the primary interface between the Payments team, PSP technical/account contacts, and internal business stakeholders, translating complex payment flows and driving open questions to clear decisions

• Drive quick-turn analysis and resolution during live payment issues, maintaining structure and system visibility under pressure
