Eligibility Criteria:

• Active final-year university students (D4/S1) who will graduate after July 2027

• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

• Good written and spoken English

• Active involvement in organizations, competitions, leadership roles, or extracurricular activities

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in the energy management and automation industry

Preferred backgrounds: Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Business, Management, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines.
