RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

The challenge

You will be part of the team responsible for the Marketplace operation in the state of São Paulo, acting as a connection between planning, supply, inventory management, product availability, and Fulfillment.

In this position, you will follow a dynamic operation, with different partners, portfolios, service models, and Distribution Centers. You will have constant interface with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, KAMs, industrial partners, and corporate teams.

Your challenge will be to transform data into decisions and action plans, contributing to increasing product availability in the application, improving the service level, optimizing inventories and costs, and sustaining Marketplace growth.

More than just monitoring indicators, we are looking for someone who wants to understand the causes of deviations, question processes, identify opportunities, and build simple, scalable, and customer-oriented solutions.

Main responsibilities

You will help answer questions such as:

How to ensure the right product is available in the right place at the right time?
Which SKUs have the highest risk of unavailability, and which are already unavailable?
How to improve demand forecasts and optimize the portfolio?
How to optimize replenishment flows between HUBs and CDDs?
How to improve product availability in the B2B digital channel?
What assortment, portfolio, and Fulfillment opportunities can accelerate Marketplace growth?
How to transform operational data into business recommendations?

What you will do

Support the management of the Marketplace and Supply Chain operation in the state of São Paulo, monitoring demand, inventory, and availability.
Monitor the execution of Fulfillment models D0, D+1, and D+N, including SLA and performance indicators.
Monitor key KPIs for service, productivity, availability, inventory, and service level.
Monitor risks of stockouts, excess inventory, slow-moving products, and availability restrictions.
Support portfolio and product lifecycle management.
Work together with KAMs, commercial areas, operational teams, and Business Partners in the construction and execution of action plans.
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of processes.
Use data and analytical tools to anticipate risks and propose business recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

Complete Higher Education.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Previous experience in Planning and Demand, Distribution, or operations.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, or Dataflows.
Experience with building dashboards and automating reports.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to data analysis, automation, or creation of AI Agents.
