Help Organizations Navigate Change and Deliver Successful Transformation
Are you an experienced Organizational Change Management professional who enjoys helping organizations successfully navigate technology, process, and business transformation? Do you excel at engaging stakeholders, developing communications and training strategies, and preparing employees for new ways of working?
CGI is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to partner with our Public Sector and Commercial clients on transformation initiatives ranging from focused strategic engagements to large-scale technology and organizational change programs.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional who brings a modern, innovative approach to driving organizational transformation.
The successful candidate will leverage digital communication platforms, emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and creative engagement strategies to modernize how organizations communicate, collaborate, and embrace change. This role will focus on developing people-centered change management strategies that promote stakeholder engagement, workforce readiness, effective communication, and sustainable adoption of new technologies and business processes.
In this role, you will help develop and execute change management strategies that strengthen stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, training, adoption, and benefits realization. You will work directly with client leaders, managers, employees, project teams, and other stakeholders to identify change impacts, address adoption risks, and help organizations successfully transition to their future state.
You will also help government and commercial organizations bridge the gap between legacy systems, processes, and operating models and modern digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled ways of working. This includes helping stakeholders understand not only what is changing technologically, but how the change will affect their roles, processes, decision-making, skills, culture, and service delivery.
CGI’s OCM capabilities include change strategy, stakeholder and leadership engagement, change impact and risk management, communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption, supported by proven methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Our OCM professionals are expected to continuously evolve how change is delivered by using innovative engagement methods, digital collaboration tools, analytics, automation, interactive learning, and AI-enabled approaches where appropriate.
