Senior Security Consultant

Job Description

This Lisbon-based role focuses on supporting the security and compliance of IT products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with IT product and application teams to align products with established security standards and controls.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the overall security posture of assigned IT products.

• Support product compliance with established security standards.

• Define and support implementation of security requirements and controls with application teams.

• Structure and support security testing activities.

• Own and track security remediation plans.

• Provide security guidance to IT product teams.

• Create and maintain internal security processes and documentation.

• Structure and facilitate security-related meetings and follow-up actions.

Profile

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security.

• Academic background in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 2700x.

• Identity and access control.

• Security assessment and testing.

• Encryption methods and secure protocols.

• Secure Software Development Life Cycle.

• Vulnerability management.

• Azure cloud security expertise.

• Ability to coordinate security activities and work effectively across multicultural, geographically distributed teams.

• Structured approach with the ability to communicate complex security information clearly.

• English at C1 level.
