Job Description

Manage projects at an administrative level, monitor and control the investment budget for projects and maintenance, manage supply contracts, manage invoicing, validate project payments, monitor the progress of annually authorized projects, analyze and present annual results of the authorized budget, using the ADMIN, CAPEX, XLCUBED systems.

Profile

• Preparation of the annual investment budget, general or by project.

• Management and control of the investment budget for IT projects and HW/SW maintenance. Analyze behavior, timely detect deviations between authorized, committed, exercised, and available budgets.

• Administer and monitor contracts associated with IT projects and services, through the Legal platform.

• Review and manage, within the Payment process, invoices and compliance with deliverables related to contracts. Coordinating with suppliers and internal areas to resolve differences or incidents in invoicing.

• Management, administration, and execution of the budget through institutional tools, specifically ADMIN and JDE.

• Management, administration, and validation of compliance with processes related to the contracting scheme under the alignment of REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Works).
