Align project software development plans with release rhythms, reasonably arrange test cycles, formulate and maintain test plans, schedules, and delivery targets, clearly define test scope, task division, and delivery milestones.
Trace customer and system requirements, establish a two-way traceability matrix from requirements to test cases, continuously maintain test case coverage, ensuring full requirement coverage and traceable processes.
Conduct system integration testing and system qualification testing based on the V-model, analyze system requirements, software design, and interface specifications, formulate HIL test strategies, design and review test cases, covering functional, interface, boundary, anomaly, fault injection, and regression scenarios.
Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and upgrade of test benches based on Vector and Tosun equipment, including IO and signal simulation, bus and network simulation, fault injection, programmable power supplies, and test bench stability management, ensuring test environment availability and reproducibility.
Conduct communication and diagnostic tests, using tools such as CANoe, TSMaster, Wireshark for test execution and message analysis, covering protocols such as CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, DoIP, SOME/IP, UDS.
Develop automated test cases and scripts (CAPL, Python, etc.) based on CANoe and TSMaster, promote automated testing and CI/CD integration, and improve regression efficiency and test coverage.
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of defects, including problem reproduction, preliminary localization, classification, tracking, and regression verification, collaborating with the development team to close issues, and outputting defect trend analysis.
Manage test entry and exit criteria, organize test reviews, defect analysis, and progress meetings, regularly output test reports, version quality evaluations, and release entry conclusions, and report test progress, quality status, and project risks.
Coordinate test, development, integration, project, and supplier teams, track software versions and test progress, promptly identify and report risks, and promote cross-team issue closure.
Consolidate test specifications, processes, and knowledge base, and promote team test capability building.
