JOB DESCRIPTION

Fiscalize the activities of the cashier front, providing support in the activities performed at the Cashier terminals (PDVs) and observing compliance with sector standards, providing greater security in the functions performed in the sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Supervise operations carried out at PDV Cashier terminals;

• Verify the proper functioning of the equipment and system;

• Verify that debit/credit card transactions are being carried out correctly and compensated;

• Monitor cash withdrawals, check together with the Cashier Operator if the amounts have been counted and separated correctly and lead the bag with amounts to the Treasury department;

• Monitor the cancellation of purchases at the customer's request, receive the request from the Cashier Operator, insert the purchase cancellation password at the cash register, check and collect the cancellation note for archiving;

• Monitor the preparation of change, check if the amounts and distribution of notes are correct, monitor the distribution of change bags to Cashier Operators;

• Authorize Cashier Operators to leave and return;

• Verify the organization conditions of the carts inside and outside the store, requesting their arrangement when necessary;

• Perform "surprise cash count", selecting the cash register to be checked, closes the cash register, checks if the cash and card values match the cash register report;

• Provide support to Operators in cash closing;

• Prepare credit notes for price discrepancies;

• Carry out the closing of the cash register / store for the day in "D0", which consists of checking the Cash Reductions with the total in Cash, Checks, Card Vouchers and Reimbursement Notes to Customers";

• Prepare the sending of values to the bank, fill out the GTV, dispatch the armored car and identify possible errors in the discrimination of values in the guide or the incorrect sending of values;

• Perform cash withdrawals: collect the total from the cash register, except the change, and send it to the safe, documenting the values and subsequently checking to make the deposit in the safe;

• Feed controls in Excel;

• People management

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Complete High School is required; Experience in customer service - in person - will be a differential; Experience in the food industry - Wholesalers, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Butcher shops, etc. - will be a differential.
