At Abbott Diabetes Care, we're transforming diabetes management through innovative technologies including the FreeStyle Libre portfolio. We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Virtual Territory Manager to support our South Region through proactive customer engagement and opportunity generation.
What You'll Do

Proactively engage healthcare decision-makers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the field sales team.

Build relationships with clinicians and NHS stakeholders.

Partner closely with Territory Managers to improve targeting and lead quality.

Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM.

Consistently achieve activity, engagement, and opportunity generation targets.
What We're Looking For

Proven success in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or virtual selling.

Track record of booking sales-ready meetings, with evidence of results and conversion metrics.

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers by phone.

Experience working to KPI and activity targets.

Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage a territory virtually.

Resilience, persistence, and strong organisational skills.

Ability to influence clinicians and NHS stakeholders remotely.

Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to drive productivity.
