Seventh Wave is part of Adevinta, one of the world’s leading online classifieds groups. We build, shape, and run these businesses end-to-end, driven by an owner-founder mindset from day one. Joining us now means joining early and having a direct hand in shaping our growth journey. Across Adevinta, our marketplaces reach more than 100 million users every month. Backed by an investor consortium including Blackstone, Permira and General Atlantic, the group brings together leading marketplaces such as mobile.de and Kleinanzeigen in Germany, leboncoin in France, Marktplaats in the Netherlands, Subito in Italy and Kijiji in Canada.

• Drive commercial transformation. Work alongside the commercial transformation lead and local management across three focus areas: strategy (including product), monetization and go-to-market. Own initiatives that grow the business and improve how its commercial functions operate.

• Find the next growth opportunities. Build a clear understanding of the business through commercial data, customer research and market insight, then identify and prioritize the opportunities with the greatest potential.

• Develop the approach. Turn insights into a proposition and practical plan—from an innovative business model to a new go-to-market approach. Define the customer value, commercial goals and resources needed to deliver it.

• Test the opportunity. Design and run experiments with product, marketing and data teams to test demand, compare approaches and decide what to pursue.

• Lead delivery. Bring initiatives to market, coordinate teams and partners, and take responsibility for launch, adoption and results. Use performance data to keep improving after launch.

• Reinvent commercial work with AI. Experiment with AI in areas such as customer acquisition, sales and pricing, then turn useful applications into tools and workflows teams use every day.

• Scale what works. Turn successful initiatives into reusable tools, playbooks and shared capabilities, and help other marketplace teams put them into practice.
