At Endesa, we have a firm commitment to training and attracting talent. That's why we offer a Scholarship Program to recent university graduates who want to be part of a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies.

For this scholarship, we are looking for people with an Engineering or similar qualification, who do not have pending curricular internships and who are, at most, only missing their TFG, to join the Technical Team department in Menorca, Mahón through a scholarship.

What does the Unit do?

The Menorca Technical Team Unit carries out review and adaptation work, providing and validating necessary data not available in the systems, preparing the necessary reports for the MT/BT network. In this Unit, tasks related to certifications, commissioning, and legalization of new installations are performed, as well as the updating of corresponding systems and databases according to established procedures.

What will you collaborate on?

• Review and adaptation work, providing and validating necessary data not available in the systems, preparing the necessary reports.

• Tasks related to certifications, commissioning, and legalization of new installations, as well as updating corresponding systems and databases according to established procedures.

• Management of the assigned distribution network.

• Collaborate in the analysis of inspection results, breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance, and define necessary work according to defined technical specifications.

• Prepare reports and propose work and improvements.

• Coordinate and supervise workers under their charge, receive completed repair work, request clearances, analyze data, generate field reports of incidents (causes, affected and repaired elements, deadlines, etc.), and define possible pending actions.

What training and knowledge will be considered?

• Electrical Engineering Degree or similar.

• Spanish C2 / English C1 / Catalan A2

What do we offer?

Internships at ENDESA, SWING Program:

• Study aid of 900.00 € gross per month.

• Schedule: Hybrid - 35 hours per week

• Workplace in Spain: Avda. Vilanova 12. Barcelona

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training.

The Practical Training in the Company will have a Monday to Friday schedule, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study aid of €900 gross per month. Simultaneously, Academic Training is carried out: Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and improving the competency profile.
