The program combines challenging rotational assignments, mandatory international experience, executive mentorship, formal and informal learning, structured networking, and exposure to senior leadership. • Lead and support projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong CIP mindset throughout rotational assignments.

• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, and other business functions.

• Establish and execute SMART goals and meaningful business projects during each rotation.

• Develop leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, networking, and exposure to senior and executive leaders.

• Work with an assigned executive mentor (SL2 or above) throughout the development program.

• Build relationships and networks across Bosch locations, functions, and business areas.

• Participate in formal and informal learning opportunities, networking events, and community/social activities.

• Demonstrate strong performance, adaptability, learning agility, and readiness for increasing levels of responsibility.

• Present project outcomes, business recommendations, and development progress to MFG and senior leadership.

• Work with program leadership, HR, rotational managers, and mentors to prepare for a post-program leadership assignment within the sponsoring organization.
