Your Day to Day You will lead the design, execution, and optimization of acquisition programs that drive consumer growth and business performance. Working closely with cross-functional, regional, and global teams, you'll turn consumer insights into impactful actions and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver acquisition programs and initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and pain points.

• Partner with retention teams to ensure effective onboarding and early consumer engagement.

• Continuously monitor performance, optimize programs, and implement corrective actions where needed.

• Contribute to the development of mid- and long-term acquisition strategies.

• Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, innovation, and execution excellence.

• Manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and ensure effective use of resources.

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, consumer engagement, business development, or strategy roles.

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional programs and delivering business results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Consumer-centric mindset with experience leveraging insights to drive targeted initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
