What are we looking for?

• An/a Electronic Board Manufacturing Engineer, with at least 2 years of experience.

• Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or an equivalent discipline.

• Work Model: on-site

• Work Schedule: 6h to 14h or 14h to 22h.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or an equivalent discipline.

• English proficiency: minimum B2 level.

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Experience Highly Valued In:

  • Optronic systems.
  • Electro-optical equipment.
  • Optical instrumentation.
  • Electro-optical and infrared sensors.
  • Complex electronic equipment.
  • Defense, aerospace, or high-technology industries.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of optics, optoelectronics, or electro-optical technologies.
  • Definition and improvement of industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Interpretation of technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • Manufacturing documentation management.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (considered an asset).

• Personal Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Define and maintain manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for optronic equipment.

• Prepare manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, production routings, procedures, and associated technical documentation.

• Participate in the industrialization of new products and the transfer of engineering designs into production.

• Design and specify manufacturing fixtures, tooling, inspection equipment, and test benches.

• Resolve technical issues arising during manufacturing and lead corrective and preventive actions.

• Analyze and improve production processes using continuous improvement methodologies.

• Participate in process validation, first article builds, and the commissioning of new production lines or equipment.

• Collaborate with the Quality department in non-conformance analysis, improvement actions, and audits.

• Monitor production, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.

• Provide technical support to assembly, integration, and testing teams.
