We're looking for a Service Line Business Development Manager - Simulation to join our team in Madrid or Valdepeñas in a hybrid work arrangement.

What are we looking for?

• An/a In Service Support Manager – Simulation, with at least 10 years of experience.

• Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas or Rivas-Vaciamadrid.

• Degree: degree in engineering.

• Work Model: 50% remote work.

• Work Schedule: L-J: 9h and V:5.30h.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical project management, maintenance, and in-service support.

• Experience managing projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, scope, and quality.

• Experience coordinating technical teams and suppliers.

• Experience working directly with clients and monitoring contractual commitments.

• Practical knowledge of maintenance, incidents, repairs, spare parts, obsolescence, and lifecycle support.

• Technical knowledge of simulation systems, training systems, or complex hardware/software environments.

• Organized, decisive, and customer-oriented profile, with the ability to simultaneously manage different activities and priorities.

• Experience in defense simulation or training projects.

• Willingness to travel.

The following will be considered:

• Knowledge of ILS, configuration management, or obsolescence management.

• Experience with SLA management, availability KPIs, or maintenance contracts.

• Knowledge of planning tools, ERP systems, and project management.

• Professional-level English and experience working with international clients or suppliers.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will be responsible for managing maintenance, support, and lifecycle projects for simulation and training systems, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, cost, quality, and contractual commitments.

You will serve as the primary point of coordination between the client, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and all other departments involved in service delivery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing maintenance and support projects for simulation systems.

• Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, hardware/software support, repairs, and technical assistance.

• Managing upgrades, modifications, obsolescence, and system enhancements for systems in service.

• Monitoring planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.

• Manage day-to-day client relations and contract compliance.

• Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and vendors.

• Support the preparation of scope expansions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
