• Monitor covenant and liquidity metrics — Track debt covenants, cash position, and liquidity metrics; prepare monthly covenant tracking reports; flag potential covenant risks early; support liquidity forecasting and treasury coordination.

• Partner with business units on planning and forecast accuracy — Work with regional finance leads and business unit managers to validate planning assumptions, educate on forecasting methodology, and improve forecast accuracy over time; resolve data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.

• Drive process improvements and system enhancements — Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes, improve data quality, and enhance forecasting systems; work with IT and Finance Operations to implement tools and automation that reduce manual work and improve accuracy; leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.

• Support financial controls and data governance — Ensure data integrity in planning systems; support Accounting in reconciliations and validations; document planning assumptions and methodology; partner with Finance Operations to maintain strong process controls.
