主な業務内容

1. 日本のリーダーシップ層との連携

• Country IT Head、ビジネスリーダー、Regional CISO組織間の定例会議に向けた準備、参加、フォローアップを行い、サイバーセキュリティ態勢の最新情報や経営層向けブリーフィングを提供する。

• サイバーセキュリティインシデント発生時、またはセキュリティ、リスク、プライバシーに関する戦略的判断が必要な際に、Local Leadership Teamへ状況を説明する。

• 重大なサイバーセキュリティおよびデータプライバシーリスク、統制上のギャップ、規制動向、優先施策について、明確なビジネス用語で伝える。

2. サイバーセキュリティガバナンスとカルチャーのリード

• 対象を明確にした啓発、コミュニケーション、トレーニング、リーダーシップ層との連携を通じて、Schneider Electric Japan全体に強固なサイバーセキュリティ文化を醸成する。

• Japan Information Security Committeeをリードし、ガバナンス活動を調整するとともに、ローカルの事業優先事項とリージョンのサイバーセキュリティ目標を整合させる。

• 日常的なサイバーセキュリティ課題、エスカレーション、意思決定支援における、Schneider Electric JapanとRegional CISO組織間の主要窓口を担う。

• リージョンおよびグローバルのサイバーセキュリティ統制、キャンペーン、評価、コンプライアンス要件を国内で適時に実行する。

• ビジネスおよびITリーダーに実務的なサイバーセキュリティ助言を提供し、セキュリティ要件と業務上の優先事項・事業目標のバランスを図る。

• ガバナンス会議やマネジメントレビューを通じて、サイバーセキュリティのリスク態勢、主要指標、インシデント、例外、是正進捗を追跡・報告する。

3. ITサイバーセキュリティ運用の調整

• 端末の紛失・盗難、フィッシング、マルウェア、アカウント侵害、データ漏えい、ポリシー違反、その他のセキュリティ事象を含む、国内のITサイバーセキュリティインシデント対応を調整する。

• リージョンおよびグローバルチームと連携し、調査、封じ込め、復旧、エビデンス収集、ステークホルダーへの連絡、インシデント後のフォローアップを支援する。

• エンドポイント、サーバー、ネットワーク、クラウドサービス、業務アプリケーション、外部委託ソリューションを対象に、脆弱性の特定、リスクベースの優先順位付け、是正進捗管理、エスカレーションを調整する。

• ID・アクセス管理、特権アクセス、エンドポイント保護、セキュリティ監視、メールセキュリティ、データ保護、安全な構成に関する施策を支援する。

• 日本組織に影響するサイバーセキュリティ課題について、明確な責任者、アクション管理、経営層への可視性を維持する。

4. サイバーセキュリティリスク、コンプライアンス、データプライバシーの管理

• 日本のIT環境に関するサイバーセキュリティリスク評価、統制レビュー、監査、コンプライアンス活動、セキュリティ例外、是正計画を支援する。

• 日本に適用されるサイバーセキュリティおよびプライバシー要件について、法務、データプライバシー、人事、コンプライアンス、IT、事業部門のステークホルダーと調整する。

• 全社セキュリティポリシー、および日本の関連法令、規制、契約、データ保護上の義務への準拠を支援する。

• 新規または変更されたITサービス、アプリケーション、クラウドソリューション、外部委託先との契約をレビューし、サイバーセキュリティとプライバシー要件が早期に考慮されるようにする。

• 第三者に対するサイバーセキュリティデューデリジェンス、リスクレビュー、契約上のセキュリティ要件、是正フォローアップを支援する。

5. ビジネスおよびITステークホルダーとの連携

• ビジネスニーズを、適切なサイバーセキュリティ要件、統制、リスクベースの提言へ落とし込む。

• ローカルIT、アプリケーションオーナー、インフラストラクチャーチーム、サービスプロバイダー、事業部門と連携し、プロジェクトと運用プロセスにサイバーセキュリティを組み込む。

• Microsoft 365、Azure、SaaSプラットフォーム、エンタープライズアプリケーション、エンドポイント、ネットワーク、ハイブリッドITサービスに関するサイバーセキュリティ要件を調整する。

• 事業継続、災害復旧、危機管理、大規模なテクノロジー変更施策に対して、サイバーセキュリティの観点から助言する。

6. グローバルサイバーセキュリティコミュニティへの参画

• グローバルのサイバーセキュリティガバナンス、プライバシー、リスク、インシデント対応、ID管理、クラウドセキュリティ、脆弱性管理、Regional CISOの各チームと連携する。

• 関連するベストプラクティス、教訓、脅威情報、グローバルガイダンスを共有し、日本での実行力を強化する。

• 日本固有のサイバーセキュリティ要件、リスク、優先事項を代表し、リージョンおよびグローバルのステークホルダーによる迅速なフォローアップを推進する。

応募資格・経験

サイバーセキュリティリーダーシップおよびビジネスパートナーシップ

• サイバーセキュリティ、情報セキュリティ、テクノロジーリスク、データプライバシー、または関連するITセキュリティ領域で5年以上の経験。

• サイバーセキュリティガバナンス、リスク管理、コンプライアンス、プライバシー、エンタープライズセキュリティ、全社サイバーセキュリティ戦略に関する深い理解。

• 経営層、ビジネスリーダー、監査人、規制当局、国の関係機関、部門横断のステークホルダーとの連携経験。

• 技術的なサイバーセキュリティリスクを、明確な事業影響、優先順位、意思決定、アクションプランへ変換する能力。

• 高いコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、影響力、プロジェクト調整力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力。

ITサイバーセキュリティの専門性

• ISO／IEC 27001、NIST Cybersecurity Framework、CIS Controlsを含む、認知されたサイバーセキュリティフレームワークおよび規格に関する実務的な知識。

• サイバーセキュリティリスク評価、セキュリティ統制レビュー、脆弱性管理、是正計画、監査支援、コンプライアンス活動の経験。

• サイバーセキュリティインシデントを調整し、セキュリティ運用、インシデント対応、インフラストラクチャー、アプリケーション、サービスプロバイダーの各チームと協働した経験。

• エンドポイント保護・EDR、SIEM・セキュリティ監視、ID・アクセス管理、特権アクセス管理、脆弱性管理、メールセキュリティ、データ保護技術に関する知識。

• Microsoft 365、Azure、SaaSプラットフォーム、ハイブリッド型エンタープライズIT環境におけるクラウドセキュリティ原則の理解。

• 第三者、サプライヤー、クラウドサービス、アプリケーション、外部委託ITサービスに関連するサイバーセキュリティリスクの評価経験。

• 日本のプライバシーおよびサイバーセキュリティ要件を理解し、必要に応じて法務・プライバシー専門家と調整できること。

ビジネスおよびステークホルダーとの連携

• 多国籍企業において、ビジネスおよびITチームへサイバーセキュリティの助言を提供した経験。

• ビジネスリーダー、テクノロジーオーナー、コーポレート部門、リージョンまたはグローバルのサイバーセキュリティチームと信頼関係を構築する能力。

• 日本語が流暢で、英語がビジネスレベルであること。国内外の関係者と双方の言語で効果的にコミュニケーションできること。
