Synergie Search, a division specializing in the search and selection of professional profiles for direct company placements, is looking for a historical company operating in the design and execution of building works throughout the national territory, a leading Italian player in the railway infrastructure sector, a:

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

The resource will join the Production Accounting area, reporting directly to the Function Manager and constantly collaborating with the Technical Site Managers and Project Managers present in the territory. Inserted in a structured, dynamic context oriented to people's growth, they will be responsible for the economic and accounting management of assigned projects.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Managing the economic accounting of assigned projects, taking care of active and passive accounting, variant management, valuation of work programs and monitoring of project budgets;

• Preparing and processing project accounting documentation (measurement books, SIL, SAL, payment certificates), ensuring the correct administrative progress of the construction sites;

• Drafting and updating the project budget through the analysis of bill of quantities, price analysis and the evaluation of indirect costs, charges, risks and design constraints;

• Collecting and processing economic and management data to support management reporting and management control activities;

• Supporting the planning and monitoring of construction site activities, verifying the consistency between project, times, costs and available resources and periodically checking the technical-economic progress of projects through specific project KPIs.

Note: the activity is mainly carried out in the office; travel to construction sites is occasional and limited mainly to the surrounding area.

We wish to get in touch with candidates possessing the following requirements:

• Surveyor's diploma, preferably;

• Experience in the role gained at General Contractors or companies operating in the field of public contracts;

• Experience in the railway sector and knowledge of the RFI tariff is welcome;

• Profiles from the public works sector in the building/infrastructure field will be positively evaluated;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel;

• Good familiarity with work accounting software such as Primus, STR Vision or equivalents;

• Ability to read and analyze technical and economic project documentation.

• Direct employment with the client company, potentially also on a permanent direct contract;

• Base gross annual salary (RAL) approximately between €35,000 and €45,000, with possibility of evaluating improved conditions for profiles with proven experience and seniority in the role;

Salary: 35000 - 45000 annually
