Synergie-Italia S.p.A. Employment Agency, Pomezia Branch, is seeking for a large Multi-service Company specializing in Sanitation, Disinfestation, and Pest-Control a:
OPERATOR/ESS FOR DISINFESTATION AND RAT CONTROL (Pomezia area)
The successful candidate will be placed in** support of a Technician with the aim of training in the field of cleaning and disinfestation services.**
The company operates at a Business level for public and private entities, educational institutions, and factories in the Pomezia area, its provinces, and Rome. No prior experience is necessarily required.** A collaborative, dynamic environment that invests in theoretical and on-the-job training for its staff is guaranteed.**
The operational activities will include:

On-site inspections at client locations with consulting and informative activities;

Disinfestation/sanitation or rat control activities involving the distribution of pest-control products, sanitizers, or the installation of traps inside Factories, Shops, Offices, and Industries.
Equipment and transportation will be provided by the company.
Ideal candidates should have the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: Diploma
-
Good communication skills
-
Aptitude and interface with clientele
-
Availability for full-time work on 2 shifts (morning and afternoon)

Immediate availability is preferred.
What is offered?
-
An initial fixed-term contract aimed at permanent employment is offered.

Full Time 40 hours per week on 2 shifts, morning and afternoon, with on-call availability for occasional emergencies at night.

CCNL Industrial Cleaning - Multi-service L. 2° corresponding to a gross monthly basic salary of € 1378.50
-
In addition to this salary, there is the addition of the 13th and 14th month salaries as per law, the on-call allowance, and any night shift premium when performed.

Workplace: Pomezia and provinces, Rome.
The offer is aimed at candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003 and PdR 125/2022. Salary: Minimum 1350 monthly
