Asset Management - Fund Service Support - Analyst

As a Analyst as part of Fund Services Support Master Agent team, you support onshore and offshore fund servicing through accurate processing, event management, and reporting. You help ensure transactions, distributions, and disclosures are completed on time and in line with regulatory and control expectations. You partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to investigate exceptions and drive resolution. You contribute to a risk-aware environment by following procedures, documenting work, and escalating issues promptly. You work in a cut-off–driven setting where accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork matter.

Our fund services support team partners across operations, reporting, and service providers to deliver consistent fund servicing outcomes. We focus on operational excellence, strong controls, and improving turnaround times through better processes and automation.

Job responsibilities

• Process daily offshore fund transactions, including trade confirmations and related operational activities

• Manage dividend announcements, system maintenance activities, and dividend distribution processing

• Prepare and support regulatory reporting, including sales reports, net asset value reporting, and periodic submissions

• Produce operational and financial reports, support payment preparation and approvals, and complete audit sample checks

• Maintain and update fund disclosure materials, including prospectuses, investor notices, periodic reports, fund announcements, and reference data

• Partner with vendor management teams and external service providers to execute instructions, resolve breaks, and track issues to closure

• Coordinate fund events such as mergers, liquidations, name changes, and de-listings, including required stakeholder communications

• Support account maintenance and onboarding activities related to fund servicing

• Identify operational risks, follow documented controls, and escalate issues in a timely manner

• Support process improvements by documenting gaps, proposing solutions, and participating in change delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years of experience in banking or operations roles

• Experience planning and executing operational projects involving systems, automation, or process change

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders with strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a cut-off–driven environment

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end

• Demonstrated risk and control mindset, including timely escalation when needed

• Local license: Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics (金融市場常識與職業道德測驗)

• Local license: Senior Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員) or Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals (投信投顧業務員)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience using Alteryx, UiPath, or Python

• Knowledge of offshore fund master agent operations and related regulatory reporting

• Experience partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

• Demonstrated track record of identifying efficiency opportunities and improving productivity through better processes or controls
