We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer Analyst to design, build, test, and maintain mission-critical, customer-facing web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering scalable, resilient microservices architectures powered by Java Spring Boot, coupled with dynamic, responsive user experiences built with modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
Quality engineering and security are central to our development lifecycle. In addition to core feature engineering, you will actively participate in end-to-end quality assurance by creating automated test suites, developing robust test scripts, and performing hands-on functional and regression testing. If you are passionate about building secure, reliable customer experiences and thrive in a collaborative, positive-sum engineering team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Architect, implement, and maintain responsive, high-performance customer-facing web and mobile applications.
Develop clean, modular, and reusable front-end components using Angular or React along with modern CSS/HTML frameworks.
Build resilient, scalable, and loosely-coupled backend services using Java and SpringBoot microservices.
Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs, asynchronous event streams, and database integrations.
Drive quality engineering by authoring and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) test scripts.
Develop comprehensive test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, Mockito, or Jest.
Perform actual hands-on functional, regression, API, and performance testing across staging and production-like environments.
Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and DevOps teams to integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD release pipelines.
Practice secure and defensive coding by default across all layers of the architecture.
Proactively identify, prevent, and remediate security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWEs, injection vectors, broken access controls).
Implement enterprise-grade authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), data sanitization, and secure communication protocols.
Utilize Splunk, distributed tracing, and APM tools to monitor system health, analyze performance bottlenecks, and rapidly troubleshoot production incidents.
Support scheduled weekend production deployment windows and participate in rotational release validations.
Conduct thorough post-deployment verifications, root cause analyses, and operational runbook enhancements.
Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA Analysts, and Solutions Architects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Champion code reviews, mentoring, and technical knowledge sharing.
Foster an inclusive, high-trust environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
2-5 years in an Apps Development role. Demonstrated execution capabilities.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers

Education:
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness, Tekton).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed messaging platforms (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience developing hybrid or native mobile applications (e.g., React Native, Flutter, iOS/Android).
Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) / Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
