Job Description We run T Cloud Public! T Cloud Public is a public cloud standard product based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. Your Task

We are seeking a Process Manager who knows IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile and can adapt and implement processes to the specific needs of modern Cloud IT Operations. This role involves working with T Cloud Public, a public cloud standard product based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. You will work in a customer-oriented and agile environment that serves as the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group, delivering a secure, stable and innovative platform based on European security and data protection standards.

Responsibilities

Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows.
Consistently automate with common frameworks.
Design and implement internal tools and services.
Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team.
Establish and communicate processes where necessary.
Engage in improving overarching process-landscapes and structures.
Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Your Profile

We are seeking a Process Manager with extensive IT process knowledge, strong experience in modern cloud technologies, and expertise in DevOps processes, infrastructure automation, and agile methodologies.

Must Have Skills

Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of agile development processes.
High level of customer orientation.
Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have Skills

OpenStack experience.
Programming experience in open source projects.
