Job Description

Missions
Alongside the Senior Legal Managers, your main missions will consist of:

Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts related to our original productions and acquisitions of feature films (e.g., confidentiality agreements, development contracts, production contracts, author contracts (episodes, director, composer), actor contracts, etc.) in English and French;

Verifying the chains of rights of our original productions (option and purchase agreement, publishing contracts, author, director, actor, etc.);

Analysis of documents related to the legal delivery of our original productions;

Legal research (applicable law, jurisprudence), particularly in copyright law, contract law and contract law, and monitoring of legal issues affecting our productions and our broadcasting services;

Translations in English or French;

Helping to prepare legal training/presentations;

Participating in the preparation of weekly legal monitoring.
