Responsibilities

The Opportunity

You will contribute to the financial control of the company by reconciling and tracking customer payments. Your work will be key to maintaining reliable information, identifying risks, and improving collection processes and portfolio management.

Your Impact

• Payment Reconciliation: Validate and record payments received in the company's bank accounts.

• Internal Control: Execute and document controls, identifying and communicating differences or risks.

• Analysis and Reports: Generate information on portfolio, account statements, blocked clients, and payment behavior.

• Indicator Tracking: Monitor area KPIs and contribute to achieving objectives.

• Auditing and Continuous Improvement: Support internal and external audits, propose improvements, and provide quality service to internal clients.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• University students or professionals with a completed degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel.

• Ability to relate and work in a team.

• High sense of honesty and responsibility.

• Orientation towards achieving objectives and goals.
