What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you'll complete three structured rotations across key areas of our Quality, Environment, Health & Safety functions, in areas such as Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management. Providing you with a broad exposure to the systems and processes that protect our people, products, consumers, and environment.
Each rotation combines practical experience, focused skills development, and involvement in high-impact business projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, solve real business challenges, and make a meaningful contribution from day one.
Learning & Development
Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on-the-job experience, you'll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, Quality Management or another related discipline
Demonstrate a strong interest in quality, sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be naturally curious and motivated to improve processes and outcomes
Have an interest in data-driven decision-making
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferably hold a full, clean driving licence
