Accounting & Tax Professional
Integration into work teams, performing functions such as:

Supporting and validating BPO information for the accounting closing process (classification, reconciliation, and review of trial balances).

Preparing management closing reports.
-
Monthly reconciliation of taxes, balance sheet accounts, profit and loss accounts, and management information.
-
Calculation and filing of taxes related to revenue and imports: ISS, CIDE, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL.

Validating tax impacts and their reflection in the accounting records.
-
Calculation of payroll-related taxes and charges: FGTS, Payroll Tax Relief (Desoneração da Folha), Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and INSS.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Dynamic, mature, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a professional environment.

Spanish language skills are desirable.
-
4+ years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, Tax, or Finance.
-
The position title and level of responsibility will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and professional background.

Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
-
Experience in multinational companies or outsourced business environments (BPO).
