What the day will look like

As Director, Enterprise Insights, you will sit at the intersection of brand, research, strategy and market insights. Together, we bring Aon's proprietary data, client research, market intelligence and business expertise together to identify the issues that matter most and develop distinctive points of view that strengthen Aon's market position.

A key part of the role is helping shape Aon's global content agenda. You will identify the themes, issues and perspectives where Aon has the expertise, credibility and right to lead the conversation. • Translate research, proprietary data and market intelligence into clear, compelling and differentiated perspectives.

• Shape and drive Aon's global content strategy, helping determine where and how Aon can lead market conversations.

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across Risk Capital, Human Capital and our regions to develop distinctive points of view.

• Work closely with Brand, Content, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Editorial, Bid and Sales Enablement teams to bring Aon's strongest thinking to market.

• Help ensure our content reaches priority audiences across search, AI-enabled discovery, digital, social, media, events and client channels.

How this opportunity is different

You'll work across the firm to connect insights, proprietary data, market intelligence and business expertise into perspectives that inform decision-making, influence key audiences and strengthen Aon's long-term differentiation.

You'll partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts around the world, helping determine where Aon should lead the conversation and how we can bring our best thinking to clients. Your work will directly support client engagement, market influence and business growth.
