What the day will look like:

• managing a dedicated client portfolio

• negotiating and implementing insurance solutions

• analyzing claims, demographic and market data

• expanding cooperation with clients

• documenting and reporting activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Hard skills

• Broker licenses or experience in life insurance or medical programs

• English fluency for client communication

• Knowledge of life insurance and medical program products

• Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools

• Category B driving license

• Broker exam passed – a plus

Soft skills

• Ready to manage a demanding client portfolio

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Proactivity and openness to market innovations

• Desire to shape the employee benefits landscape in Poland

• Team player with strong communication skills
