Are you ready to grow with the Assurance team?

By joining the Deloitte Assurance Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop strong transversal skills, working on challenging projects and collaborating with many clients. You will have the opportunity to support consulting activities in valuation, also for financial reporting purposes, as well as financial modeling and the preparation/review of business plans.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the analysis of market and sector trends, evaluating their impact on companies and individual business units

• Applying the main methodologies for the valuation of companies, business units, intangible assets in the context of ordinary and extraordinary operations for financial reporting purposes

• Leading the performance of impairment tests and purchase price allocations for financial reporting purposes

• Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying consistent methodologies and approaches

• Independently developing initiatives and solutions, collecting and structuring data, and performing analyses to support business decisions

• Enhancing the contribution of junior resources and contributing to their growth

• Identifying potential risks and critical issues and promptly sharing them with the rest of the team

• Effectively collaborating in diverse and international teams

#What we offer

*The remuneration for this position is approximately €32,000.00 gross annually for the Consultant grade, and between €34,000.00 and €38,500.00 gross annually for the Senior Consultant grade. *The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

#WinningRequirements

• Master's degree in economic-financial disciplines (preferably with a study path in Corporate Finance).

• 2-4 years of experience in professional firms, consulting and auditing companies.

• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).

• Ability in market analysis, financial statement analysis, financial and accounting knowledge, and main valuation methodologies.

• Proficiency in main IT tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.

• Organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Dynamism and aptitude for the consulting profession, ambition for professional development.
