YOUR ROLE

The Global Employer Services (GES) Service Line of Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte is looking for professionals to join the team as Senior Tax Consultant - Global Mobility to provide assistance to national and international clients regarding tax and social security planning for employees of multinational companies and groups.

Within the GES team, you will find a young, dynamic, and very stimulating environment, where the contribution and commitment of each individual professional are valued, and where, with the support and coordination of younger colleagues, you will work flexibly and smartly and be involved in:

• Global mobility projects aimed at supporting companies in managing their expatriate population, also through the use and development of dedicated Technology tools;

• Analysis and assistance to High Net Worth Individuals and international individual tax planning;

• Collaborating in the design and implementation of international mobility policies;

• Coordinating and conducting research in tax and social security matters to provide advice, memos, and opinions to companies regarding their expatriate population;

• Maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop assistance jointly with the manager and with the support of the team;

• Frequently interacting and collaborating with colleagues from other countries in the Deloitte network;

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of junior team colleagues and coordinating your activities with the compliance team that will manage the declaration process;

• Collaborating in Eminence projects (e.g., publications, external and internal conferences).

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured training on specific and general tax issues, to acquire comprehensive knowledge of tax consulting.

WINNING REQUIREMENTS

You are the talent we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:

• Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;

• 3/5 years of experience in a similar role;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language;

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and work organization skills;

• Experience in teamwork and possibly in managing junior resources;

The GES Team is present in over 150 countries with over 7,000 professionals globally and works in synergy with multidisciplinary teams within the Deloitte Network on projects focusing on:

• International tax and social security issues, with particular regard to the management of expatriates and remote workers;

• Strategic consulting on decision-making processes related to human resource management;

• Compensation and benefits and management of compliance activities.
