Do you want to embark on a career as a Chartered Accountant and dedicate yourself to economic, fiscal, and corporate consulting related to intercompany transfer pricing? The Deloitte Tax and Corporate Law Firm is looking for graduating students/ recent graduates or young professionals with an economic and tax background to join the Transfer Pricing (TP) Service Line in the Padua office.

You will have the opportunity to develop, in addition to typical professional skills, strong business and quantitative analytical experience, and you will specifically deal with:

• conducting economic and financial balance sheet analyses, as well as market analyses (also using software and research databases);

• performing functional analyses, Value Chain and Supply Chain analyses, and valuation of Intangible Assets;

• conducting comparability studies to determine the correct remuneration to be applied in intercompany transactions;

• preparing Reports in compliance with national regulations and OECD Guidelines, Masterfile, and Country Files / Transfer Pricing Policy;

• participating in multidisciplinary projects in procedures with Financial Authorities such as tax audits, Mutual Agreement Procedures, and Advance Pricing Agreements;

• performing analyses related to complex Business Restructuring operations.

About Transfer Pricing

Transfer Pricing professionals, all specialists dedicated to the subject from a tax, legal or economic-business perspective, are able to assist multinational companies in addressing and resolving any tax issues related to intercompany transfer pricing: from the analysis and reorganization of the “value chain” to the “design” of more efficient “pricing policies”, to the documentation of transactions between associated entities, in compliance with regulations in force in different jurisdictions and assistance in relations with tax authorities.

WINNING REQUIREMENTS

You will be entrusted with a proactive role and increasing responsibility in the assignments and projects you will be involved in, constantly supported within the work teams by experienced associates and seniors in the field, coordinated by Deloitte partners.

You are the profile we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:

• Economic and tax background

• Graduating students in Economics degree courses (LM-77 LM-56);

• Recent graduates in Economics or with minimal experience gained in Professional Firms;

• Excellent knowledge of English;

• Knowledge of standard applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

• Motivation, determination, and propensity for team working;

• Predisposition to problem-solving.
