Junior – Technology Analyst (area Marketing)

We are looking for a junior figure to join Deloitte's Marketing Transformation team in Milan, who will work in Hybrid mode.

The Marketing Transformation team supports our clients in identifying solutions and implementations aimed at implementing marketing requirements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality of the services offered, with the support of the most advanced marketing platforms and technologies.

Depending on your profile and skills, you may be involved in collecting functional and technical client requirements, designing the technical and architectural solution, implementing and maintaining the technology solution through various market-leading marketing tools.

Your Role

The Junior resource will be included in a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:

• Collection of technical requirements

• Definition of the solution through knowledge of marketing automation, customer data platform or web personalization tools

• Definition and interrogation of databases, configuration of marketing tools and writing back-end and front-end code.

• Definition of solutions and Integrations to manage data flows between marketing platforms and external systems.

• Configuration and implementation of marketing campaigns, campaign audience management or web personalizations

• Reporting of key marketing KPIs through platform functionalities and Microsoft Office package

• Direct communication with national and international clients

Winning Requirements

• Degree in engineering or IT subjects (completed or 3 months from completion)

• Excellent academic record

• Strong interest in front-end (Javascript, HTML, CSS), back-end, database (SQL) technologies

• Basic knowledge of AI and Machine Learning principles is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Availability for travel and on-site work

What we offer

The remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 26,500 and EUR 31,000 gross per year.

In case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided.

The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile with respect to the requirements of the position.
