Junior - Cloud Developer

We are looking for a junior figure to join the Platform Development & Integration team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan/Rome, working in Hybrid mode.

The business of Platform Development & Integration at Deloitte Consulting supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.

The Platform Development & Integration team provides client support in responding to business needs in terms of defining architectural solutions and developing Cloud Native applications. It operates agnostically on the main Cloud providers, on various IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS, CaaS models, and on the main cloud paradigms (DevOps, CI/CD, Container).

Your Role

The Junior resource will be inserted into a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Cloud infrastructure designs and application architectures, ensuring scalability and compliance with Security-by-Design principles;

• Participating in migration, configuration, automation, and system optimization activities, with particular attention to operational continuity;

• Controlling Cloud costs and proposing optimization strategies to maximize the value of adopted solutions.

What we offer

The expected remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 26,500 and EUR 31,000 gross per year.

In case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided.

The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.

Defining the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical/scientific disciplines

• Good academic knowledge of Java with Spring/Springboot framework, Angular, React.

• Familiarity with a Hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code technologies and concepts (Terraform, CloudFormation) and networking

• Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language

• Willingness to travel
