Junior - Tax Compliance

We are looking for a junior professional to join the Tax Compliance team of Deloitte Business Solution in Milan, working in a hybrid mode.

The Tax Compliance business deals with the management of fiscal and corporate compliance, the preparation of supporting informational tools using specific platforms to verify the status of compliance in real-time. They also perform analysis of any fiscal risks and opportunities to provide outsourced support to the corporate secretarial function of Italian and international companies, perfectly integrated with accounting, administrative, and payroll services for 360° assistance.

Your Role

The Junior resource will be part of a work team, supporting senior figures and dealing with:

• support for communications to the Business Register (chamber deposits) and the Revenue Agency (periodic compliance);

• support in relations with Chambers of Commerce, Municipal SUAP, tax registry, and other entities;

• professional advice on specific ordinary and extraordinary compliance for the life of the Company;

• Corporate Secretarial Services.

What we offer

The expected remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 25,000 and EUR 28,000 gross per year. In the case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Specialized degree (obtained or in the process of completion) in economic subjects;

• Availability to work on business trips nationwide;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
