We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join the FSI team of Deloitte Business Solution, who will work in Hybrid mode.

Joining the FSI Team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop strong skills in the following areas:

• Accounting, Finance & Controlling: In a national and international network context, we form solutions to support civil, fiscal, managerial, and process "compliance" in situations of both business continuity and discontinuity (extraordinary operations/events).

• Data Analysis and Data Cleaning/Reconciliation: We operationally support our clients in projects of discontinuity, transformation, contingency, integration, reorganization, and management of the execution phase in complex entities (medium/large companies, multinationals).

Your Role

The Experienced resource will be inserted into a work team and will be responsible for operating with the Accounting, Finance & Controlling functions and coordinating team members in supporting business operations, with particular focus on:

• Management of activities for the correct keeping of accounting records and related deadlines;

• Verification and calculation of monthly accruals and preparation of adjustment/integration, adjustment/assessment entries;

• Preparation of annual/separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements according to the reference accounting principles (IAS/IFRS);

• You will be an integral part of teams dedicated to conducting processes and projects of Closing/Fast Closing and Reporting for the Accounting, Finance & Controlling area in compliance with the relevant Compliance (e.g., application of different accounting principles and different valuation criteria: e.g., Civil, Managerial, Group, Fiscal, etc.).

What we offer

The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 29,000 and EUR 35,000 gross per year for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 37,000 and EUR 41,000 gross per year for the Senior Consultant grade.

The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, Distribution, and Services.

Defining the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position's requirements.

Winning Requirements

• Degree in Economic or Related Subjects

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the Insurance Industry at consulting firms and/or financial entities with structured processes in the Accounting, Finance & Controlling (AFC) area;

• Basic knowledge of national and international accounting principles (OIC – IAS/IFRS); ability to analyze business processes, particularly those related to the AFC area;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and main ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
