In Deloitte Legal, you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are endless. You will work in the Commercial law team at our Rome office.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:

• Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts;

• Preparation and review of articles of association, corporate regulations, and establishment of Italian law companies and joint ventures;

• Preparation of memorandums and notes on civil, corporate, and commercial law.

Our Requirements

You fit the profile we are looking for if you are a trainee with at least one year of legal practice experience in corporate contracting and have fluent English.

Teamwork attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, and flexibility complete the profile.
