Joining the Deloitte Accounting & Reporting Assurance Team will give you the opportunity to grow and develop strong transversal skills, working on challenging projects and collaborating with many clients.

Under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for the project activities you will be involved in, and for the quality of your work and your alignment with client priorities, objectives, and needs.

As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn from more Senior colleagues (through on-the-job learning) and develop technical and relational skills by working in a stimulating environment that involves challenging tasks with excellent professional prospects.

In particular, you will be involved in technical assistance activities to support Directorates in projects within the Healthcare sector and/or the Structural Funds sector.

Thanks to the Learning office, you will be able to attend courses and training activities that will allow you to expand and deepen your knowledge.

Meanwhile, the Talent colleagues will structuredly handle your career advancement with defined KPIs and objectives, which if achieved, will guarantee you a grade and economics review.

#What we offer

The expected remuneration for this position is between €25,000 and €27,800 gross per year for the Analyst grade. Employment will be defined during the selection process based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, Distribution and Services. The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Ideal candidates possess the following requirements:

• Master's degree in economics or equivalent (a background and specializations with a focus on healthcare will be considered an added value);

• Preferably experience in administrative-accounting projects in the public administration healthcare sector and/or in the private sector;

• Full proficiency in the Ms Office suite (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

#NiceToHave

Knowledge of administrative-accounting topics and subjects in the healthcare sector will be a preferential criterion, such as by way of example:

• Economic forecast budget (BEP);

• Consolidated Financial Statements;

• Financial Statements;

• Centralized Health Management (GSA);

• Administrative-accounting procedures aimed at implementing an internal control system;

• Internal Audit and Management Control.
