YOUR ROLE

Do you want to pursue the profession of Chartered Accountant or Lawyer and dedicate yourself to domestic and international corporate tax consulting? Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte is looking for recent graduates or young professionals with an economic and tax background to join the Financial Services Industry (FSI) team.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on consulting and assistance relating to domestic and international direct tax issues for clients operating in the banking and financial sector.

You will provide ongoing advice on direct and indirect taxes for limited companies, relating to national and international tax issues (e.g. CFC, Permanent Establishment, etc.); you will have the opportunity to deal with advice on the tax treatment of extraordinary operations (e.g. mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and you will participate in tax due diligence activities.

About Financial Services Industry (FSI)

The FSI team in the Milan office deals with both general (ordinary and extraordinary) and specialized corporate tax issues (e.g. assistance in M&A operations, International taxation, TCF and digitalization of corporate tax processes), all within a rapidly and constantly evolving context that sees increasing challenges in the changing international context and growing digitalization.

WINNING REQUIREMENTS

You will be assigned a proactive role with increasing responsibility in the assignments and projects in which you will be involved, constantly supported within the work teams by associate and senior experts in the field, coordinated by Deloitte partners.

You are the profile we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:

• Graduating in Master's Degree courses in Economics (LM-77 LM-56) or Law;

• Recent graduate in Economics (LM-77 LM-56) or Law or with minimal experience gained in Professional Firms;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language;

• Knowledge of standard applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);

• Motivation, determination and propensity for team working;

• Aptitude for problem solving.
