YOUR OPPORTUNITY You will carry out the curricular internship in the Corporate Compliance team at our Milan office, interacting where necessary with colleagues from the firm and the Network, including different Offerings.

Your Role and Responsibilities You will be involved in the following activities:

• implementation and updating of organizational management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;

• definition and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs;

• in-depth analysis of regulatory compliance issues for drafting legal documents and opinions.

Our Requirements You meet the profile we are looking for if you are in your fifth year of Law, have a keen interest in Compliance and 231 areas, speak fluent English (C1 level) and have excellent command of the Office package. Please attach your updated Curriculum Vitae.
